Shipping policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Mythic Morrow, a trading name of PACKRIPPERZ LIMITED (“Mythic Morrow”, “we”, “us” or “our”), handles the processing, dispatch and delivery of orders placed through our website.

Please read this Policy alongside our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and any applicable Pre-Order Policy.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. ABOUT US

Trading name: Mythic Morrow
Legal entity: PACKRIPPERZ LIMITED
Company number: 16830476
Registered in: England and Wales
Registered office: C/O QPS Accountancy, Holden House, Sandpiper Court, Chester Business Park, Chester, United Kingdom, CH4 9QU

2. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to the locations made available during checkout.

Available delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery periods may vary depending on:

  • destination;
  • parcel size;
  • parcel weight;
  • product type;
  • product value;
  • courier availability; and
  • the delivery service selected.

If a delivery option is unavailable for your address, this should normally be indicated during checkout.

We reserve the right not to offer delivery to locations that we cannot reasonably or lawfully service.

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery charges may vary according to:

  • destination;
  • parcel size or weight;
  • order value;
  • delivery speed;
  • insurance requirements;
  • tracking requirements; and
  • the selected delivery method.

Where free delivery is offered, any applicable qualifying conditions will be displayed on our website.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders may require processing before dispatch.

Processing may include:

  • payment authorisation;
  • stock verification;
  • fraud screening;
  • order verification;
  • picking and packing;
  • product-integrity checks; and
  • preparation for collection by the delivery provider.

An estimated delivery period should not be interpreted as meaning that an order will necessarily be dispatched immediately after it is placed.

Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays, major product releases or unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH

After you place an order, you will normally receive an electronic order acknowledgement.

As explained in our Terms of Service, an initial order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation containing available delivery or tracking information.

6. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery periods displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • courier network disruption;
  • severe weather;
  • unusually high seasonal demand;
  • public holidays;
  • transport disruption;
  • incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • security checks;
  • remote delivery locations; or
  • other circumstances affecting the delivery network.

We will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning the time within which consumer orders must be delivered.

Where we expressly agree a specific delivery deadline with you, that agreed deadline will apply subject to applicable law.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as pre-order are ordered before their anticipated release or availability.

Any release or availability date displayed for a pre-order is based on information reasonably available to us at the time.

Manufacturers, publishers and distributors may change:

  • release dates;
  • delivery schedules;
  • stock allocations; and
  • product availability.

These matters may be outside Mythic Morrow's reasonable control.

Where a pre-order is affected by a release-date change, supplier delay or allocation, we will deal with the order in accordance with our Pre-Order Policy, Terms of Service and applicable law.

8. ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK ITEMS

If you place an order containing both:

  • an in-stock item; and
  • a pre-order item,

the dispatch arrangements applicable to the order will depend on the delivery options and information made available at checkout or on the relevant product pages.

Where an order is being shipped together, the entire order may be held until all products are available for dispatch.

If you require available products separately, additional delivery charges may apply where a separate shipment is requested and we agree to provide one.

9. HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

Trading cards and collectibles can be high-value and attractive targets for theft or fraud.

We may therefore apply enhanced fulfilment and delivery procedures to higher-value orders.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include:

  • fully tracked delivery;
  • enhanced compensation or insurance;
  • signature requirements;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • age or identity verification where applicable;
  • additional protective packaging;
  • tamper-evident packaging;
  • package photographs or video;
  • parcel weight recording;
  • product identifier recording; and
  • enhanced fraud screening.

The use of these measures does not affect your statutory rights.

10. PACKING & PRODUCT PROTECTION

We take reasonable steps to package orders appropriately for transportation.

Depending on the products being shipped, packaging may include:

  • protective outer cartons;
  • void fill;
  • protective wrapping;
  • rigid packaging;
  • internal cushioning;
  • tamper-evident materials; and
  • other appropriate protective measures.

Collectible product packaging can form part of the value of the goods, and we take this into account when preparing orders for dispatch.

However, minor cosmetic variation in external shipping packaging does not by itself mean that the goods inside are damaged.

11. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Please check carefully:

  • recipient name;
  • house or building number;
  • street;
  • flat or unit number;
  • postcode;
  • town or city; and
  • any other information necessary for successful delivery.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be amended once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

For fraud-prevention or payment-security reasons, we may be unable to redirect certain orders to a different address after they have been placed.

12. ADDRESS CHANGES

An address-change request is not effective until we confirm that we have been able to make the change.

Messages requesting a different delivery address do not automatically amend an order.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to recall or redirect it.

Where possible, the courier may provide independent delivery-management options, although their availability cannot be guaranteed.

13. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be:

  • returned to us;
  • held by the carrier;
  • redirected where available; or
  • otherwise dealt with in accordance with the carrier's procedures.

Where an order is returned to us because customer-supplied address information was materially incorrect or incomplete, we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before resending the order, where lawful.

If the order is instead cancelled or refunded, reasonable costs arising directly from circumstances for which the customer is responsible may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

We will not impose arbitrary penalties.

14. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & SAFE PLACES

Some delivery providers may allow customers to request:

  • a safe place;
  • delivery to a neighbour;
  • delivery to an alternative collection point;
  • redirection; or
  • other delivery preferences.

Where you independently request or authorise a delivery arrangement directly with the carrier after dispatch, responsibility for the consequences of that instruction will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

We strongly recommend exercising caution before authorising high-value trading card or collectible orders to be left unattended.

Where available, a secure attended delivery option is preferable for valuable orders.

15. DELIVERY TO ANOTHER PERSON

If you nominate another person to receive goods on your behalf, delivery to that person may constitute delivery to you where applicable law provides.

This may include delivery to an authorised recipient at the delivery address.

Please ensure that anyone authorised to receive a high-value order understands the importance of keeping it secure.

16. DELIVERY TO BUSINESSES, RECEPTIONS & SHARED BUILDINGS

Where you request delivery to:

  • a workplace;
  • reception desk;
  • concierge;
  • mailroom;
  • student accommodation;
  • shared building; or
  • similar location,

delivery may be completed to an authorised or apparently authorised recipient at that location where consistent with the delivery arrangement and applicable law.

You should consider whether such a location is appropriate for high-value collectibles before using it as your delivery address.

17. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email, through your account or directly by the delivery provider.

Tracking information is supplied to help you monitor delivery progress.

Tracking events can occasionally be:

  • delayed;
  • incomplete;
  • incorrectly scanned; or
  • updated before or after physical movement of the parcel.

For that reason, tracking information may form part of an investigation but will not necessarily be treated as the sole evidence when resolving a disputed delivery.

18. SIGNATURE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Certain orders may require a signature or other proof of delivery.

A delivery provider may use evidence including:

  • recipient signature;
  • photograph;
  • GPS or geolocation data;
  • delivery scan;
  • time stamp;
  • recipient name;
  • PIN or verification code; or
  • other delivery confirmation.

Where a delivery is disputed, we may obtain and review relevant delivery evidence from the carrier.

We will consider the available evidence together with applicable consumer law when determining the appropriate outcome.

19. DELIVERY PINS & SECURITY CODES

Some delivery services may use a one-time PIN, password or verification code.

Where such a system is used, do not provide your delivery PIN or verification code to anyone unless they are physically delivering your parcel to you and the carrier's process requires it.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of delivery security information provided directly to you.

If you believe a security code has been compromised, contact the relevant delivery provider and Mythic Morrow as soon as reasonably possible.

20. RISK DURING DELIVERY

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods during delivery will pass in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where we arrange or offer the delivery provider, we do not treat the goods as becoming your responsibility merely because they have been handed to that delivery provider.

The applicable legal rules concerning transfer of risk will determine when responsibility passes to you.

Different rules may apply where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer or arrange.

21. LOST PARCELS

If your order has not arrived and you believe it may be lost, please contact us.

Where appropriate, we may open an investigation with the relevant delivery provider.

An investigation may consider information including:

  • tracking data;
  • delivery scans;
  • GPS information;
  • delivery photographs;
  • recipient information;
  • parcel weight;
  • courier depot records;
  • fulfilment records;
  • dispatch records; and
  • other relevant evidence.

We may ask you to provide reasonable information to assist with the investigation.

Where applicable consumer law makes Mythic Morrow responsible for the goods during transit, we will not simply refer you to the courier and deny responsibility for resolving the matter.

Any replacement, refund or other remedy will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

22. PARCEL MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check, where appropriate:

  • your delivery address;
  • around the property;
  • designated safe places;
  • with other household members;
  • with reception or concierge staff;
  • with neighbours where appropriate; and
  • any delivery photograph or tracking information.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly.

We may investigate the delivery with the carrier.

The fact that tracking displays “delivered” will be relevant evidence but will not automatically determine the outcome of a disputed-delivery claim.

We may consider all available evidence before determining the appropriate resolution.

23. DELIVERY DISPUTES & INVESTIGATIONS

Where delivery is disputed, we reserve the right to conduct a reasonable investigation before resolving the claim, provided doing so does not unlawfully delay a remedy to which you are entitled.

The investigation may include reviewing or obtaining:

  • tracking history;
  • delivery scans;
  • GPS information;
  • delivery photographs;
  • signatures;
  • PIN confirmation;
  • carrier records;
  • parcel weight;
  • fulfilment information;
  • customer communications;
  • address information; and
  • other relevant evidence.

We may share necessary information with delivery providers, payment providers, insurers, fraud-prevention services or relevant authorities where lawful.

Personal information used during an investigation will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

24. FALSE NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

We take genuine non-delivery reports seriously.

We also reserve the right to investigate claims where there is credible evidence suggesting that a parcel was received but has falsely been reported as missing.

Knowingly making a false non-delivery claim may constitute fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

Where we reasonably identify evidence of fraud, we may preserve relevant records and take appropriate lawful action.

This may include providing relevant evidence to:

  • delivery providers;
  • payment providers;
  • banks or card issuers;
  • insurers;
  • fraud-prevention services;
  • legal advisers;
  • law-enforcement authorities; or
  • other appropriate parties.

Nothing in this section permits us to reject a genuine claim merely because an investigation is required.

25. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please retain and photograph:

  • the outer parcel;
  • shipping label;
  • internal packaging;
  • protective materials;
  • damaged retail packaging; and
  • affected products.

These records can assist us when investigating damage with the carrier and determining the appropriate remedy.

Please do not dispose of relevant packaging until the issue has been assessed where it is reasonably possible to retain it.

Your statutory rights are not removed simply because you did not notify us within an arbitrary voluntary reporting period.

26. TAMPERED OR OPENED PARCELS

If a parcel appears to have been:

  • opened;
  • resealed;
  • cut;
  • punctured;
  • materially damaged;
  • tampered with; or
  • deprived of contents during transit,

please photograph the parcel before opening further where it is reasonably safe and practical to do so.

Please also retain:

  • outer packaging;
  • labels;
  • internal packaging; and
  • all contents received.

Contact us promptly so that we can investigate.

We may compare the returned or received parcel against fulfilment records, including available parcel weights, photographs, video or identifying information.

27. MISSING ITEMS FROM A DELIVERY

If your parcel arrives but you believe that an item is missing, contact us promptly and provide your order number and details of the missing product.

We may investigate using relevant evidence including:

  • fulfilment records;
  • stock records;
  • packing information;
  • photographs or video;
  • parcel weight;
  • product identifiers;
  • courier information; and
  • other relevant records.

Following investigation, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

28. INCORRECT ITEMS

If we send an incorrect item, please contact us promptly.

Where the incorrect item is a sealed trading card or collectible product, please do not unnecessarily open, alter or use it.

We will provide appropriate instructions and arrange any remedy required by law.

Where the mistake is ours, you will not be required to bear reasonable return-delivery costs associated with correcting it where the law places those costs on us.

29. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Delivery providers may make one or more delivery attempts or provide collection or redelivery options.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable steps to receive or collect a parcel after legitimate delivery instructions have been provided to you.

If a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you or otherwise deal with the order in accordance with the circumstances.

Reasonable additional costs caused by circumstances for which the customer is responsible may be recoverable where lawful.

30. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

Where a parcel is delivered to:

  • a collection point;
  • depot;
  • parcel shop;
  • locker; or
  • another authorised collection location,

you must collect it within the period specified by the delivery provider.

If you fail to collect it and it is returned to us, reasonable redelivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

An uncollected parcel does not automatically mean that we can retain both the goods and the full payment indefinitely.

The order will be dealt with in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer rights.

31. REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse delivery without first cancelling the order, the parcel may be returned to us.

Refusing a parcel does not necessarily replace any formal notice required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Where you wish to cancel an order, you should notify us clearly using the contact details published on our website.

Once returned goods are received, any refund will be dealt with according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

32. RETURN-TO-SENDER PARCELS

A parcel may be returned to us for reasons including:

  • unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • failure to collect;
  • incorrect address;
  • incomplete address;
  • refusal;
  • carrier restrictions; or
  • other delivery issues.

Once the parcel returns to us, we may contact you regarding redelivery, cancellation or another appropriate outcome.

Where redelivery is required because of circumstances for which you are responsible, reasonable additional delivery costs may apply where lawful.

33. DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasional delivery delays may occur.

If a delay occurs, please contact us if you require assistance.

Where applicable law gives you the right to cancel because goods have not been delivered within the required or agreed period, nothing in this Policy restricts that right.

Where a delivery date was expressly agreed as essential to the contract, additional statutory remedies may apply.

34. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • severe weather;
  • flooding;
  • natural disasters;
  • widespread transport disruption;
  • industrial action affecting transport networks;
  • major courier-network failures;
  • government restrictions;
  • civil emergencies;
  • widespread telecommunications failures; or
  • similar events.

Where such circumstances arise, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

Nothing in this section removes statutory cancellation, delivery or refund rights.

35. DELIVERY DURING MAJOR TCG RELEASES

Major trading card releases can generate unusually high order volumes across manufacturers, distributors, retailers and delivery networks.

During major releases, dispatch or carrier processing may take longer than during ordinary trading periods.

Any specific processing information applicable to a major release may be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to affected customers.

We will not use high demand alone as a basis for disregarding a binding delivery commitment or statutory right.

36. COMBINING ORDERS

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, separate orders may be processed and shipped separately.

We are not required to combine separate orders solely because:

  • they were placed by the same customer;
  • they use the same delivery address; or
  • they were placed close together.

Where we agree to combine orders, this does not necessarily entitle the customer to a retrospective delivery-charge refund unless we expressly agree one.

37. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may occasionally dispatch an order in more than one parcel.

Where this occurs, you may receive:

  • multiple tracking numbers;
  • parcels on different dates; or
  • parcels delivered by different services.

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that products are missing.

Please check your dispatch information before reporting a missing item.

If all expected parcels have arrived and an item is genuinely missing, please contact us.

38. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where international shipping is offered, available destinations will be displayed during checkout.

International orders may be subject to:

  • import duties;
  • customs charges;
  • local taxes;
  • customs clearance;
  • regulatory restrictions; and
  • additional delivery time.

The allocation and disclosure of international import charges will be explained at checkout or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that products you order may lawfully be imported into the destination country where responsibility for this rests with you.

We reserve the right not to offer particular products to destinations where legal, carrier or regulatory restrictions apply.

39. CUSTOMS DELAYS

International shipments may be delayed by customs or border authorities.

Such delays may be outside our reasonable control.

We will provide available shipment information and reasonable assistance where appropriate, but we cannot control the speed at which an independent customs authority processes a shipment.

This does not affect mandatory rights that apply to your contract.

40. INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Where import duties, local taxes or customs charges are not collected by us during checkout, they may be charged by authorities or carriers at the destination.

Where applicable, responsibility for those charges will be disclosed in accordance with legal requirements before purchase.

We recommend reviewing applicable import rules before ordering internationally.

41. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

The consumer protections described in this Policy apply where the purchaser is acting as a consumer for the purposes of applicable law.

Different delivery, risk and contractual rules may apply where products are purchased wholly or mainly for:

  • business;
  • trade;
  • resale; or
  • professional purposes.

Separate business terms may apply to such transactions.

42. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to take reasonable and lawful measures to protect our delivery process against fraud.

This may include investigating suspected:

  • false non-delivery claims;
  • false missing-item claims;
  • manipulated damage claims;
  • delivery-address fraud;
  • payment fraud;
  • product substitution;
  • parcel tampering; and
  • chargeback abuse.

Any personal information used for this purpose will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Legitimate delivery complaints and genuine use of statutory rights will not themselves be treated as fraud.

43. CHARGEBACKS & DELIVERY DISPUTES

If you believe that a delivery has gone wrong, we encourage you to contact us so that we can investigate.

This does not restrict any lawful right to make a payment dispute or chargeback.

Where a payment dispute concerns delivery, we may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider or financial institution, including:

  • order records;
  • customer communications;
  • tracking information;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • signatures;
  • delivery photographs;
  • GPS information;
  • parcel weights;
  • fulfilment records;
  • dispatch photographs or video; and
  • other relevant evidence.

We reserve all rights available to us in responding to fraudulent or inaccurate payment disputes.

44. RETURNS

This Shipping Policy covers delivery to you.

Delivery and packaging requirements when sending goods back to us are governed primarily by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please follow the return instructions provided by Mythic Morrow before sending products back.

Our registered office should not be assumed to be our returns address.

45. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or overrides rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Relevant legislation may include the:

Consumer Rights Act 2015

and

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory right, the statutory right will apply.

46. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • delivery services;
  • carriers;
  • our fulfilment processes;
  • our business;
  • technology;
  • applicable law; or
  • regulatory requirements.

Any updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing contract where doing so would be unlawful.
